Jernigan Memorial Golf Tournament

Where: Woodside Plantation, Aiken, SC
The Jernigan Memorial Golf Tournament raises funds to help our hospital provide better care for our patients. Past Jernigan Golf Tournaments have supported our stroke program, our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, our Heart Institute’s hybrid cath lab, our Jernigan Cancer Center and the creation of a cancer survivorship program. This year, funds raised will support Piedmont Augusta’s colorectal cancer program.

Miracle Mile Walk

The Miracle Mile Walk supports Piedmont Augusta's Randy W. Cooper, M.D., Center for Breast Health Services and the mobile mammography unit, which provide life-saving screenings to women in our community regardless of their ability to pay.
100% of net proceeds from The Miracle Mile Walk stays in our community and saves lives. The mobile mammography unit has traveled over 300,000 miles and performed over 80,000 screening mammograms thanks to the Miracle Mile Walk. The Miracle Mile Walk is the region's largest and longest-running breast cancer event. For decades, the Randy W. Cooper, M.D., Center for Breast Health Services has provided high quality breast care for women in our community. Be a part of our legacy for care.

1818 Society
Individuals who contribute $500 or more per year receive membership in Piedmont Augusta Foundation’s annual sustained giving program – the 1818 Society. Similarly, corporate gifts of $1,000 or more per year qualify the organization/business for such recognition. 1818 Society members are recognized annually at a donor celebration event named for the year of Piedmont Augusta Hospital’s founding in 1818.
